Heads up Death Match!

Got to play an extended heads up session at Oceans-11 40/80 game on Friday night. This guy is the virtual prop at Oceans and plays the 20 and 40 regularly and makes a living at the game. Friday night the game was ok, but it got short pretty early.

We have played heads up before and I have won both of our previous matches, nothing huge, but I am definitely the winner so far. So we started our heads up match a little after midnight and played for about 3 hours or so.

He started the match with 14 stacks. 2/3 of the way through the match, I had him down to 4 stacks, thus I was up 25 big bets on him. In the last 40 minutes or so, he turned it around and won most of the big pots, and when we quit I ended up winning something like $65 dollars off of him, so it was essentially a draw.

We've talked about playing a heads up death match online, using the play money tables, and then squaring up in real life later. Sounds like fun to me, but I'm not sure how comfortable I am playing him heads up on the internet. I'll have to think it over.
